  • Antenatal Yoga
    These yoga classes are specially adapted to meet the needs of mums-to-be. The prenatal yoga exercises are pleasant to practise and easy to follow, so there is no need to have any prior experience of yoga. The combination of gentle yoga stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques will enhance vitality, reduce stress levels and increase a sense of well-being. Birth preparation is an integral part of these classes. There is also the opportunity to talk with the other mums about individual experiences and to share information over tea and biscuits at the end of each session.

  • Hatha Yoga
    Daytime and evening Hatha Yoga classes. These are general, mixed ability yoga classes in which learners are encouraged to work towards their own individual potential, at a pace that suits them. Each lesson includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation/meditation. These combined practises enable each individual to experience improved strength and flexibility of the body, a calmer mind and a greater sense of well-being.
