Chithurst Buddhist Monastery
The Monastery is a private residence for monks (bhikkhus) & nuns (siladhara) but members of public are welcome to visit. There are no scheduled retreats, lectures or classes, but people can stay as guests and participate in daily life of monastery, or attend the daily meditation at 7.30pm. Talks on meditation or other aspects of Buddhism are given on most weekends after the meditation. Ethnic Theravadans (from Thailand, Burma, Sri Lanka, Laos and Cambodia) may be interested in coming to offer the daily meal at 11.00am.

The Parish Church of All Saints
All Saints Church is a very fine building dating back to the 13thCentury the largest church in NE Hampshire, and is supported by a flourishing and active Anglican community. Usually between 60 & 100 persons regularly attend Sunday services, when there is a large and enthusiastic choir to lead the singing. There is a variety of services to suit all age groups and all preferences. The church bells were refurbished 10 years ago. Visitors are very welcome so do not fail to look into All Saints Church!
