Aims and objectives: Basingstoke Voluntary Services is a Council for Voluntary Service existing to provide professional help and advice for voluntary and community organisations in Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

Services and activities offered: BVS works to provide people with opportunities to make a positive difference to their communities through volunteering; provide voluntary and community organisations with the resources needed to help them achieve their goals; champion the voluntary and community sector as an influential force for positive change.

Restrictions: Voluntary/Community Organisation operating wthin Basingstoke and Deane or someone who wants information about services provided by the sector in the area.

Charges: Most services are free to members or delivered for a nominal charge from the Orchard in the heart of Basingstoke.

Times: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm.

Premises available to hire: Office or workstations, Small meeting room, Large meeting room / function room, ICT/Internet room
