Aims and objectives:
To foster the sport of sailing in all its forms and to give support and encouragement to junior members and newcomers to the sport. To develop and promote the varied nautical interests, both power and sail, of its members.
Services and activities offered:
Bar and catering facilities. Organised sailing keelboat and dinghies - events and racing. Showers, dinghy park, social events, winter talks, RYA sailing and powerboat school.
Restrictions:
Club Members, Associate Members, Reciprocal Members and their guest, also visiting yachtsmen
Special needs catered for:
Wheelchair access and changing facilities.
Charges:
Prices on application due to varying types of membership.
Times:
Tuesday & Thursday 9.00 - 5.00pm; Weds & Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and 6.30 - 11.00pm; Saturday 12.00noon - 3.00pm & 7.00-11.00pm and Sunday 12noon - 3.00pm.
Sailing activities are also conducted outside these hours.
