Aims and objectives:
To perform morris dances to the best of our ability and the enjoyment of the audience.
To share this important part of our heritage and broaden people's awareness of the availability of Morris locally.
Services and activities offered:
To instruct those who are interested in learning to play for or dance morris.
To perform mummers' plays.
To perform at public and private events.
We are a mixed morris side which means that we welcome male and female participants.
Special needs catered for:
If their special need does not prevent them from dancing or playing, they are included and supported as much as possible.
Annual subscription for members is £30 payable at the beginning of January.
Fees for events from £75.
Most Thursdays from 8.00 - 10.00pm for practice during Autumn/Winter and dancing in public in Summer. Available for weekend events. Other times are negotiable.
