Aims and objectives:
To promote an interest in history of the area and preserve items relating to areas past.
Services and activities offered:
Set up in 1981 to promote an interest in local history and provide a museum to display our collection of artefacts. Research facilities and small museum are available. Items loaned to schools regularly. Slide presentations given. Charity Shop (to fund Heritage Centre) at 231 Peartree Avenue, Bitterne.
