Description

Aims and objectives: To offer lectures and other opportunities for people in Hampshire to widen their interest in British, European & World history of all periods.

Services and activities offered: 7 lectures, often illustrated, each winter (October to April) and an outing in early summer to a historical site. Occasionally we offer a lecture day.

Special needs catered for: We meet in a room which is accessible to wheel chairs and usually with a loop system for the hearing impaired.

Charges: £5 per person (or £8 for two people living at the same address) for the lecture series. £2 for individual lectures. Lectures are free to members of the Historical Association and to students.

Times: Usually the second Wednesday each month from October to March and the last Friday of April. Details are available with the programme from the Secretary.
