Aims and objectives:
To support people with mental health issues living in Aldershot, Farnborough and Fleet.
Services and activities offered:
To support clients to access the community and work towards targets they have set. This can help with moving home, starting college, claiming benefits, getting a job and attending the gym. Please contact our Project Manager for details.

Special needs catered for:
We will support clients with dual diagnosis who meet our criteria. If they are not suitable we will try to refer on to other agencies. Clients must not have any other mental health support worker.
Times:
In the community and at clients homes 8.30-4.00pm
Mon - Friday.
