Aims and objectives:
To serve the community in the name of Christ.
Offering support, friendship and practical help. Providing facilities for groups/individuals to meet, socialise and worship.
Services and activities offered:
Meeting room for hire (1 large but can be divided into 2); Soup and Pud 1st Thursday each month - lunch and friendship 12.15-1.30pm;
'Coffee Pot' open Sat 10.00am - 12noon (except Bank Holidays); Hot and cold drinks, cakes and biscuits.
Premises used by Cumberland Childrens Centre.
Restrictions:
Hirers should be aware that no alcohol is allowed on the premises.
Special needs catered for:
Loop system; Lift; Toilet facilities.
Charges:
For room hire - £12.50 per hour - further details given on bookings enquiry (rates vary according to group - e.g. community, commercial or private).
Times:
Worship - Sun 10.30am. Taize style worship weekly
Thursday 7.00 - 7.45pm. Bible Study Group 10.30am - 12noon alternate Tuesdays - details from contact.
Premises available to hire:
Large meeting room / function room, Our worship area on first floor and hall can seat up to 100 but 80 is more comfortable in each. The worship area has moveable furniture. The hall has stackable chairs and tables.
