Services and activities offered:
The Orchard is located in the heart of Basingstoke overlooking the Memorial Park. A community building housing local charities, fostering new community initiatives and providing a focal point for voluntary and community activity in Basingstoke and Deane. Room hire facilities are available to charities, community groups, corporate groups, local businesses and public sector organisations. The building has excellent training, boardroom, meeting room and away day facilities. Our friendly and considerate staff are always on hand to help in the smooth running of your meeting/event. Should you require food or refreshments this can also be arranged by outside caterers.
Restrictions:
Facilities are available for all to hire. Rates vary depending on the status of the client group. Discounts available for not-for profit /charity organiastions and BVS members. People using the meeting rooms must have their own public liability insurance.
Special needs catered for:
Facilities include a hearing loop, specialist keyboard and screen for visual impairments, fully accessible building for people with physical disabilities. Volunteers are trained in Disability Awareness.

Variable charges depending on service or facilities required.
Times:
Monday - Thursday, 9am - 9pm & Fridays 9am - 4pm. The facility can be opened for use at the weekend by prior arrangement. Please give one week's notification.
