Aims and objectives:
The purpose of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
Services and activities offered:
Beavers 6-8 years; Cubs 8-10 years; Scouts 10-14 years; Explorer Scouts 14-18 years, Network Scouts 18-26 years. However, Explorer Scouts meet at District level and Network Scouts at County/National level and not local. We offer camping, hiking, outdoor cooking, campcraft, archery, air rifle shooting, canoeing, pioneering, games, craftwork and a whole host of activities.

Restrictions:
Youth age range 6-14 years old. All must be members of Scout Association. Adult helpers leaders subject to vetting. Leader age 18 onwards.
Young Leader age 14-18years but must be member of
Scout Association.
Special needs catered for:
Provides disabled access + toilet. Organisation does not discriminate against any person and activities can be targeted to suit individual with special needs.
Charges:
Beaver Capitation fee £27 per term - £75 per year;
Cub £30 & Scout £33.
