Aims and objectives:
A local good neighbour scheme, primarily providing transport to older residents or those with a disability.
Services and activities offered:
Transport to appointments; Medical, shopping and social (if no other transport available); help with small repairs and practical help for older or housebound people.
Restrictions:
No age limits. Normally Medstead residents only. Older people or unable to drive or take public transport.
Charges:
Suggested donation for journey to cover mileage allowance to pay to driver.
Times:
Duty Co-ordinator available 9.00am - 8.00pm.
