• Alpha Trampoline Club
  The club caters for members at all levels of participation in the sport of trampolining. We offer Level 1 membership to those who wish to continue enjoying trampolining on a recreational basis, and we have Level 2 & 3 memberships for the competitive section of our club. We also offer adult sessions where the emphasis is on fun, new skills and healthy lifestyle. While we support everyone in their goals, including those in the recreational level, we are a competitive club and have a clear bias towards those who wish to compete and strive towards achieving the highest level of competitive participation.

  To progress in the sport and to become involved in competitive events at all levels provided by the governing body, British Gymnastics. Working towards Trampolining Awards scheme with qualified coaches.

• Alton Trampoline Club
  We have a number of coaches enabling us to provide a safe and fun environment in which to teach Trampolining. Members are encouraged to develop at their own pace and to the best of their ability. Not everyone can be a world champion, but everyone can work towards their own goals, whether fitness, BG Award Schemes or competitions. The only thing compulsory is to have fun! This flexible and laid-back approach has produced several National Grade Performers and equally importantly, has seen several members qualify as coaches in their own right- to pass their knowledge and enthusiasm to the next generation. It is this family atmosphere which gives the club its unique character.

• Jump to the Top Trampoline Club
  Trampoline lessons for all, provided by qualified British Gymnastics instructors in a safe and friendly environment.

• Just Jump Trampolining
  Rebound therapy providing sensory feedback and exercises for those with conditions affecting muscle tone or flexibility. Recreational and competitive trampolining under the supervision of qualified coaches with additional disability qualifications.
