We raise the public's awareness of cruelty to animals - be it through factory farming, animal experimentation etc and the consequent resulting ill health. We promote healthier living (via leafletting and stalls). We lobby and campaign for better conditions for animals.

Portsmouth Reptile & Amphibian Society
The society was founded in 1980 to promote Reptiles, Amphibians and Invertebrates. The society educates the public by providing talks and displays with animals, allowing hands on experience. We support conservation projects relating to Reptiles and Amphibians. We give free advice and provide a rescue service. The Society also rehomes reptiles. Animal talk, animal displays and animal rehoming.

Wildlife Watch - Hampshire & IOW Wildlife
Membership and regular fun activities to anable children to learn, enjoy and repsect wildlife. Local groups, run by volunteers, organise a range of activities for children aged 6-14years (under 8's must be accompanied by a responsible adult).
Membership package & local group activities include night walks, shelter building, mammal watching, wildlife surveys, pond dipping, minibeast hunts, recycling campaigns. Members receive colourful magazines, posters, newsletters, badge, activity pack & Gold Award badge scheme.
