• The Solent Diabetes Association
  The Solent Diabetes Association operates diabetes charity shops in Fareham and in Gosport. We not only raise funds but also provide information about diabetes as well as support & encouragement in the shops to those who have the condition. We also fund activities which support diabetics including special events for children with type one diabetes; we promote research which would support local people with diabetes; and we promote and organise education about diabetes self-management to help minimise the risk of developing serious outcomes such as blindness, amputation and kidney failure.
